First question: who sets it up?

Watch out for

Calendar delay. Airbnb's iCal feed doesn't update instantly; a vendor guide reports refreshes about every 3 hours (SparkleClean, unverified). Same-day bookings can show up late, so keep a text-the-host habit for tight turnovers.
Per-property pricing adds up. Many plans charge per property per month, so check the price at your real property count.
