Pressure washing price per square foot calculator

Turn your own production rate, crew cost, chemicals and margin into a job price and a price per square foot. No signup, nothing is saved or sent anywhere.

Every number pre-filled here is a placeholder assumption, not industry data or a recommended rate. Replace each one with your own: time a real clean, use your actual wage and costs, and pick your own margin.

How to use it

  1. Measure the surface on site or with a measuring tool, and enter the square feet.
  2. Enter your production rate for that surface from jobs you have timed.
  3. Enter your costs, margin and minimum. The calculator applies the minimum if the job is small.
  4. Quote multi-surface jobs one surface at a time (each has its own production rate), then add them up. Use "Copy a link to share" to save each one.

FAQ

How do I find my price per square foot?

Enter the area, how many square feet your crew actually cleans per hour on that surface, and your costs. The calculator adds labor, chemicals, equipment and vehicle cost, applies your margin and minimum, then divides the price by the square footage.

What production rate should I use?

Your own. Time your crew on a few jobs of the same surface (driveway, siding, deck) and divide square feet by hours on the wand. Rates differ a lot by surface, equipment and how dirty it is, so keep a separate number for each surface type.

Are the default numbers typical pressure washing rates?

No. They are placeholder assumptions so the calculator shows a result on first load. Replace them with your own wage, costs, production rate, margin and minimum.

Why does the job minimum matter?

Small jobs still carry travel, setup and teardown. If the margin-based price comes out below your minimum, the calculator uses the minimum and tells you.
