Guide · Pressure & soft washing
Best pressure washing software
Most pressure washing businesses need three things from software: a fast, consistent quote, a schedule and invoice system, and a way to catch calls while the machine is running. Here is what is in our directory for each job. Alphabetical within each group, not ranked.
Measuring and instant quotes
- QuoteIQ: Essentials $29.99/mo (1 user); Beginner $99.99 (2 users); Pro $199.99 (4 users); Elite $299.99 (10 users); Max $699.99 (20 users); extra users $25/mo
- ResponsiBid: Startup free; Scaling $179/mo; Pro $229/mo; setup fee (amount not shown)
QuoteIQ lists satellite measuring and an AI estimator; ResponsiBid lists online and phone quoting calculators with upsells and follow-up, and says it plugs into Jobber, Housecall Pro and Markate (as recorded in our directory).
CRM, scheduling and invoicing
- Markate: $49.95/mo or $45.95/mo annual; +$5/employee; most add-ons $10/mo; Kate-AI $1/call (per wrenchstack)
- Jobber: Core $49/mo no commitment, $39/mo on a 1-year commitment, $29/mo billed annually; Connect $139 ($119 / $99); Grow $199 ($169 / $149); Plus $499 ($439 / $399, includes 5 users); starting prices for the smallest team size; extra users $29/mo each; AI Receptionist add-on $29/mo (included in Plus)

How to choose (editorial)
- Solo or new: start with one tool that quotes, schedules and invoices. Add a separate quote calculator only when quoting is the bottleneck.
- You already run Jobber, Housecall Pro or Markate: keep it and add a measuring or quote tool that connects to it rather than switching CRMs.
- You quote a lot of jobs sight unseen: satellite or photo measuring saves trips, but confirm square footage on site before you start.
- Price at your real size: per-user, per-SMS and add-on charges change the monthly total. Check the vendor's pricing page for your crew count.
Watch out for
- Instant quotes are only as good as the rates you enter. Work your rates out from your own production rate and costs first, for example with our pressure washing price calculator.
- Always keep a minimum charge and flag heavy oil, mold, height and difficult access for a manual review.
- Some prices in our directory are marked unverified when we could not confirm them on the vendor's own page.
