What this means for you
When you're elbow-deep in a job, the phone rings and you can't answer. Tools in this group pick up, or text the caller back within seconds, so a new customer doesn't call the next company on the list. An "AI receptionist" is software that talks to callers, takes their details and can book them in. Test it with a few practice calls before real customers hear it.
